The Health Science Classes of Lost River Career Cooperative will be hosting their annual blood drive on Friday September 11, 2015 from 8:30am to 2:00pm at the career center. Please join us to make this our most successful blood drive ever on this memorable date in history. Sign up in the Jr/Sr High School office or at the Health Science Room at the career center. You may donate if you’re 16 years old with parental consent form signed. You may obtain a form when you schedule an appointment time to donate. If you’re 17 or over, no permission form is required to donate. Please bring photo ID or photo picture ID from your high school records.
