Tonight, members of the School Board will meet for their monthly meeting in the Superintendent’s Conference Room. The Executive Session for Board members and administrators will begin at 6 p.m. with the Regular Session, open to the public, beginning at 7 p.m.
On the agenda tonight, the Board will discuss approving making an application on behalf of the School Corporation for the Fiscal Year 2019 Title I, Title
II, Title VI, Gifted and Talented, Safe Haven and Secured School Safety Federal Funds. The Board also plans to approve the School Corporation participating in the Federal Child Nutrition Program during the 2018-2019 school year.
The Board will also be appointing members to serve as legislative liaison and policy liaison. Appointments will also be made to the Lost River Career Center Governing Board.
The School Board will then consider revisions to both the Debt Collection and Meal Charging Policies. Considerations will also be made regarding the Centralized School Lunch Donation Fund Policy, Reduction in Force Policy and Teacher Appreciation Grant Policy.
Finally, the Board members will consider an extension of Administrators’ Contracts and discuss other personnel issues.
