On March 6, there will be a meeting for seniors at 8:30 a.m. in the auditorium lasting thirty minutes. The meeting is to educate seniors about scholarship opportunities. It is sponsored by the Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF).
“OCCF will be sending over a representative to talk to the seniors about the different scholarships they have to offer,” said guidance counselor Brandon Crowder.
The OCCF have 29 scholarships in total.
“The representative will be talking about how to apply for their scholarships and what scholarships are available,” said Crowder.
Most of the school’s scholarship money comes from the OCCF. The OCCF has a lot of scholarships to offer, so if you are a senior, make sure not to miss the meeting this Wednesday.
