Youth First social worker, Ashley Manship, will be providing a program called Tween Series to seventh and eighth-grade students. This program will provide important topics about coping with stress, suicide prevention, and internet safety.
The program will be starting on September 19 and will take place during students’ PE and health classes. This program is recommended to students to learn more about coping skills, mental health, and safety.
“Junior high years are tough because there are so many changes all at once. Whether it be a new school, new teachers, new maturity,” said Manship.
For more information about this program, contact Manship on her work cell at 812-318-1648 or by email at [email protected]. If you would not like your child to participate, please tell Manship by September 15.
