On October 30, a group of deserving junior high students will travel to Urban Air Adventure Park in Bloomington, Indiana, for one of the annual reward field trips. It is a field trip to celebrate all of the hard work the students put into their school work during the previous nine weeks.
All junior high students who had no F’s or suspensions of any time are eligible to attend. The eligible students will leave at 8:30 a.m. and will return at 2 p.m. The junior high teachers planned the trip to help celebrate the students’ accomplishments.
“We created this opportunity to encourage students care about their grades and their behavior at school,” said Assistant Principal Adam Stroud.
The junior high teachers have two additional trips in store this school year for the junior high students who meet the eligibility requirements for each nine weeks.
