Drama Club is hosting auditions once again for their new production: “Cinderella Enchanted”. This production will be at least two hours long, with many familiar fairy tale characters. The show will also contain many different songs, with almost every character performing in a musical portion of the show.

The Drama Club sponsor Maria Wishart is holding a meeting on Friday, December 15, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. for students interested in joining the production. In the meeting, students will learn the song that will be played for the auditions, and will also learn extra information about the show. The roles include Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, the Queen, Stepmother, and others for the girls, and Prince, King, and others for the guy roles.

“I just hope that everyone, new and veteran drama club members have a good experience,” said Wishart.

Auditions for the play will be held Monday, December 18, from 3:30-5 p.m. In these auditions, students interested in performing a musical part will perform “Ten Minutes Ago,” a song by Jon Cypher and Julie Andrews. Students attending can also expect to do some scene reading. Participating students can also expect an email containing a form for time slots.
