Student Council to Crown Winter King and Queen Tonight

Winter Homecoming will be held tonight at the Paoli Rams vs. Northeast Dubois game. The JV game starts at 6 p.m. and the Homecoming ceremony

will follow that game.

Candidates for Homecoming this year representing the freshmen class are Ada McSpadden and Ian Sullivan. Cooper Spires and Maddie Vernon represent the sophomores. Representing the juniors are Brian Fullington and Johona Holland.

Nominations for queen candidates for the senior class are Ayla Anderson, Nadia Garcia, Ella Spires, Cambry Tinkle, and Stella Windhorst. King candidates are Baiden Kinnaman, Andrew Kumpf, Kayson Simpson, Zayne Thacker, and Willson Windhorst.

Student Council members Jaxson Reynolds and Gracie Brown will be crowning the winners. They will be accompanied by Winnie Speer daughter of Jared and Alexis Speer, and Corbin Hall, son of Evan and Tonya Hall.

“I hope everyone enjoys our 2023-2024 winter Homecoming. The student body nominated wonderful students to represent our school and community,” said Student Council Sponsor Alexis Speer.

Winners will be revealed after the JV game tonight.

Senior, Lilly Hall, is a member of the Paoli High School Varsity Girls Basketball Program, the PHS Booster Club, and she is also a member of the High School Student Council. When Hall is not spending her time in school, she likes to attend church, go to work, and hang out with her friends. Hall is juggling her life plans, after graduating from high school, however, she has decided to do something involving animals. In Hall’s opinion, Texas Roadhouse is the place to go for dinner because “the rolls are the best thing.”
