Cam Williams is the new Youth First Social Worker here at PHS. Cam’s new room is room 127, right next to Barb Grabner’s study hall room. Williams replaces Ashley Manship who moved into a new position.

Williams is here to provide support and services for students and staff as a social worker and mental health professional, operating from an evidence-based services framework.  He splits his time between the two schools in the corporation. He is at the high school on Mondays and Tuesdays, Throop on Wednesdays and Fridays, and Thursdays.

“I’m excited to work within a new school system and serve another rural area. I was a little nervous about learning the logistics and ins and outs of another school system, but I now feel settled in and feel confident about providing services for the students, and by extension, the broader community,” said Williams.
