This spring, the choir department is having a concert on May 5 at 7 p.m.
The high school and junior high choirs have been working hard to learn their new songs for the performance. There is no cost of entry; however, donations are highly appreciated
The high school choir will be performing “A Million Dreams” from the musical The Greatest Showman, “Found/Tonight,” arranged by Jacob Narverud, and “Old Joe Clark,” arranged by Dan Davison. The tenors or basses will have a solo opportunity in “A Million Dreams,” but the solo has yet to be announced.
The junior high will also have a segment of their own in the concert. They will be performing an arrangement of “Counting Stars” by OneRepublic and “Akatonbo” by Greg Gilpin.
“It will be a fun and lively end to the year,” said Choir Director Cynthia Underwood.
