Even though the 2024 Varsity Football season is ending, a door is opening for senior Jaxson Reynolds. Reynolds has decided to play college football after his high school graduation.
“My plans with college football are to go somewhere to play for four to five years. I plan to play linebacker at some NAIA school up north,” said Reynolds.
Reynolds has been interested in and has always wanted to play college football since he was a child.
“Being around the team ever since I was young has always made football my favorite sport, and with my dad being around football, I always thought it would be cool to play, so I have worked my life around that for a long time,” said Reynolds.
Aaron Hannon is Reynolds’ linebacker coach and the defensive coordinator of the Paoli football team. Hannon graduated from Hanover College and played football there.
“Jaxson is an intelligent player who uses his athleticism to be very versatile. He needs to take advantage of every support in place, whether it’s the strength program, nutrition, film study, or anything of that nature. That can be the key to being successful at the next level,” said Hannon.
Although Reynolds has not decided where to attend college to play football, Indiana Wesleyan, Taylor, Marian, and Wabash are at the top of his list.
“If I had to choose four, these would be the most likely for me to go to,” said Reynolds.
