Jobs for America’s Graduates, or JAG, is a program dedicated to helping high school students achieve success through graduation.
JAG is planning on the third year of its annual JAG Duck Hunt. It will start after Spring Break.
With this event, JAG hides small ducks around the school for two weeks, and the student who finds and turns in the most ducks wins a prize pack.
Students must turn in the ducks by the deadline to be considered for the prize. However, ducks can be turned in anytime before the deadline. All students and staff can participate. No ducks will be hidden in classrooms or offices, so students can only hunt for ducks in common areas like the hallways, bathrooms, gym, and more.
“The JAG Duck hunt is just to give the students something fun to do and win a prize! It brings awareness to our program and drives a little incentive for some hard work and perseverance,” said JAG sponsor and teacher Katie Cook.
