The junior high drama club will be performing a one-act performance, “The School Spirit” tonight at 7 p.m. The play is about two best friends, Faith and Ivy.

Faith and Ivy are best friends for life… and beyond. Faith, portrayed by Aubri Cook, and Ivy, portrayed by Harley Bush, don’t have much in common. One is respectful, the other is sarcastic. One is studious, the other a troublemaker. One is a friendly actress, the other a reclusive poet. And oh yeah, one is alive, the other, not so much.

The cast includes Libby Padgett, Chandler Hinton, Alizae Claxton, Azeneth Garcia, Gracie Collins, and Ben Tapp.

The play will be performed in the Ruth Farlow Uyesugi Auditorium this evening at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 3 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door. The tickets are $2 for students and $4 for adults.
