Area teens are encouraged to participate in “Get in the Game: READ!” the Paoli Public Library’s teen summer reading program for June 9 to July 30. Teens are invited to come to the library and participate in games, contest, scavenger hunts, reading challenges and other activities for prizes.
Some of the special events this summer will include a Pizza Hut field trip a pie eating contest, water balloon toss and Taekwondo classes. Beginning June 1, teens in junior high and high school can register to attend these free events at the youth services desk of the Paoli Public Library. Teens can also sign up to read 10 books between June 1 and July 31 st ; those who succeed will receive a reading award and their names will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize.
We are excited to have your interest and hope to see you this summer! The programs will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursdays at the Paoli Public Library. You will receive a complete schedule when you register.
