Junior High Takes Fun To Big Splash

Only students who have no F’s on their report cards, or have not had an out-of-school suspension or in-school are invited to attend

On Monday, January 23, all seventh and eighth graders who passed the requirements will be traveling to Big Splash in French Lick as part of the second nine-weeks reward field trip. Only students who have no F’s on their report cards, or have not had an out-of-school suspension or in-school are invited to attend. There are 113 students planning to attend Monday’s trip.

Students in attendance are  asked to bring $10, a bag for clothing, money for lunch or to bring their own lunch, a towel and something to swim in like tee shirt and shorts or bathing suit or swimming trunks.

“I’m all for kids doing what they’re supposed to be doing and getting a reward,” said Assistant Principal Adam Stroud. 

The next reward trip for the junior high is undecided at this time. 

The schedule for Monday January 23rd for junior high

8:10 a.m. Homeroom take attendance.

8:30 a.m. Go to bus.

9 a.m. Arrive at Big Splash.

12:45 ap.m. Start changing to go back to school.

1 p.m. Leave Big Splash.

1:30 p.m. Pizza in lower gym. 

2:20 p.m. Return to homeroom.
