On September 26, following the football game, Student Council will host a homecoming dance for students in grades 9-12.
“We plan to make it enjoyable, fun, and entertaining for the students,” said Student Council Sponsor Alexis Speer.
The dance will take place in the cafeteria and will last until 10:45 p.m. Chaperons will be present throughout the event. Students should enter through the cafeteria doors and pay at the entrance.
“We hope to make this dance more fun and have more kids attend than we have had before, so we can keep having these dances,” said Speer.
This will NOT be a Formal event. We plan to make this fun for students and encourage more to attend high school events, such as Homecoming, dances, football games, and join clubs.
“I feel like our school would be such a better place if more people got involved with activities after school, and even during school,” said Speer.
The dance is for high school students only, and admission is $5 per person.
