National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society are organizations that formed to recognize outstanding high school students throughout the country, even here in Paoli.
Every year, new members are tapped and inducted into the Paoli Chapter of National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society. Students who are eligible to apply are currently filling out their applications and will be submitting them to NHS sponsor Jaye Brewster and NJHS sponsor Melissa Higgins. The Faculty Council will decide who will be chosen to be a part of the organization. The tapping for NHS will be taking place during homeroom on September 13th on PHS News Today. The actual induction, which officially makes someone an NHS or NJHS member, will be held in the PHS Auditorium on Sunday, September 17.
“I’m excited to see a new group of leaders serve their school and community,” said NHS sponsor Jaye Brewster.
