Fall sports are winding down, and the last games are drawing closer, meaning Sectional is on the horizon. This past week, Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA), made the draw for girls volleyball Sectional. Paoli drew Clarksville to compete against in the first game. Paoli has already beat Clarksville once this season and hopes to do it once again.
“The odds are in our favor for that game, and I fully expect us to be playing Saturday morning in the semi-finals,” said varsity coach Alicia Clark.
The girls will travel to Christian Academy of Indiana, where all the Sectional games will be hosted. The first match will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 12. If Paoli defeats Clarksville, they will advance to the second round on Saturday, October 14 against the winner of Henryville and Christian Academy.
