Jone Iraeta Artisti’s dream to live in America and have an American high school experience is taking place this year at PHS. Iraeta is a Spanish foreign exchange student living with Jeremy and Marci Payton. She is in her sophomore year. 

In addition to her studies, Iraeta is an active member of the Varsity Cross Country team, contributing to the school’s sports scene. At a recent meet, Iraeta finished in the top spot for the Rams with a 54th-place finish at the North Harrison Invitational.  Iraeta really enjoys running for the Rams.

One of the biggest things she has enjoyed is making new friends.

“I love making new friends and learning about America while getting better at English,” said Iraeta.

Iraeta will remain a student at Paoli for the remainder of the school year.
