The Healing Arts Center, located on the Square next to the Lost River Market and Deli,
will be offering free yoga classes for students ages 13-19 on Thursdays starting May 7,
from 3:45 to 4:45. Free snacks will be provided starting for participants at 3:20.
This class is an intro level class designed for all skill levels. Make sure if you plan to attend to wear
something comfortable or be ready to change when you arrive. Make sure to invite your friends.
Yoga reduces stress and anxiety, it strengthens the body and mind’s ability to focus.
Yoga might be great for anyone preparing for finals. The instructors at the Healing Arts Center hope to see you there.
