New TikTokers Take Over

A new school year has marked the start of a new team of students running the TikTok account for PHS Media. The members of the TikTok team this year are junior Klay Turner, senior Lucas Shinkle, and freshmen Carter Vernon and Lucas Li. Each week, their goal is to create content that informs viewers about what is happening at PHS.

Turner is the team leader, working to plan and edit most of the videos viewers watch.

“The biggest challenge has been getting teachers and students to participate and cooperate in our TikToks,” said Turner.

Coming up with new ideas is challenging for the team, but they are always open to them.

“I have been really impressed with the ideas the guys have come up with so far this year. Klay is a great leader, and I am impressed with how hard he works with his team each week,” said Adviser Heather Nichols.

The new team’s most viewed TikTok is about the Rams vs. Boonville, with 12.4k views. If anyone has any ideas for the PHS TikTok, email Turner or Nichols. Make sure to follow @phsmedianews on TikTok. The account currently has 4,904 followers.

Chaise Case is a junior at Paoli Junior Senior High School. He’s a student athlete who plays football and runs track. He can often be found as the class clown or the sleepy kid in school, but he still manages to get his work done. He’s in all college classes and wants to be either a business manager, a construction worker,ot make it to the NFL. His hobbies are playing with his great dane, Roman, listening to music, and going on wild adventures.
