This year, Paoli High School will be hosting prom in the lower gymnasium on April 25. The theme will be Aloha Mai Hawaii, featuring ocean and Hawaiian-themed decorations. The PHS art department will create and set up decorations. Junior class sponsors Chris Jones and Summer Hudelson will be in charge of the prom and work with students to make this night a success.
“This is one (theme) we haven’t done before. We feel like it offers a lot of possibilities for decorations and meal choices,“ said Jones.
There was a meeting for all juniors and seniors on April 2 to discuss prom and after-prom information.
Invitations were sent out earlier this week, and tickets went on sale on April 6. They will be sold until April 20 at 3:10 p.m. No tickets will be sold after this time. The cost for seniors is $10, while the cost for juniors and guests is $40. Guests must be in grades 9-12 and under 21. If you plan to bring a guest, you must obtain a guest pass from the front office and complete it before attending the dance.
The after-prom will be held immediately after the dance at Paoli Rock n’ Bowl. There will be bowling, roller skating, and arcade games available. There will be food and drinks provided, and a drawing for prizes.
