The 2nd Annual NHS Food Pantry Contest will begin on Monday, October 29. Bring in items to your 1st Period class to donate to the Food Pantry. The 1st Period with the highest average of donated items will win a pizza party and a one week pass to the front of the lunch line. The Food Pantry is in desperate need of canned fruit, soup, meat, and vegetables (but not CORN – they have a ton of corn). They also need peanut butter, rice, and paper products such as toilet paper and tissue. However, any donation will be appreciated. You have from Monday, October 29 – Wednesday November 7 to donate items to your 1st Period teacher. Let’s make this a great success!
