On February 3, the Paoli Girls Basketball team will be traveling to Providence to play in their first game of sectional. The game will take place at 6 pm.

The girls were fortunate enough to draw the bye. As a result, they will play the winner of Crawford County and Eastern Pekin. With a win in this game, they will advance to the championship game to play one of the three remaining teams, Henryville, Providence or Clarksville.

“To succeed and go far in the tournament we will have to play together and keep our cool,” said Junior Callie Baker.

The girls hope to see everyone travel to Providence and cheer them on to a sectional victory.
